Electrical contractor Vodice
Electrical works for Vodice and the surrounding area — new builds and renovations, grid connection and power upgrades, distribution boards, certification and equipment installation.
Vodice is our home base and we know every part of this growing tourist town. From new villas above the center to apartment complexes along the coast — we work with local investors who value local expertise and an orderly process. As a local contractor we know the HEP grid procedures, building conditions and local supervision in Vodice.
Local challenges
Rental apartments require installations that guests can easily use while owners maintain oversight. Installation quality directly impacts guest satisfaction and reviews — a faulty outlet or tripping breaker ruins the experience.
Our approach
For apartments, we install clean distribution boards with clear circuit labels, quality outlets and switches, and structured cabling for stable internet. For premium properties, we integrate KNX systems for centralized lighting and blind control.
Grid connection, distribution boards and certificates — Vodice
Vodice is our home base, so the procedure with HEP-ODS Šibenik is routine for us: connection consent, new metering cabinet on the boundary wall, meter change. We issue categorisation certificates to apartment owners before the season, and for complexes along Srima and Plava plaža we install parking barriers, video intercoms and car-park lighting.
