How do we calculate?
The estimate is based on our real per-square-metre prices for three equipment standards, adjusted for the project type — renovation is more demanding than a new build due to demolition and construction work.
Extras such as solar, an EV charger or smart home are shown as separate ranges because their price depends mostly on the choice of equipment.
All displayed prices are approximate ranges including VAT and serve purely as an informational budget estimate. We prepare an exact, binding quote after reviewing the design or visiting the site.

Depending on the equipment standard and project type, the base installation typically ranges from about €71/m² (standard, new build) to about €146/m² (premium, renovation), VAT included. The final price depends on the design and choice of equipment.
How much does the electrical installation for a 150 m² house cost?
For a 150 m² new build without extras, the base electrical installation comes to roughly 10,600 € – 12,600 € in the Standard, 12,900 € – 15,200 € in the Comfort and 15,500 € – 18,300 € in the Premium version, VAT included. Extras such as an EV charger, alarm or smart home are priced separately.

What does the premium standard include?
The premium standard includes provisioning for solar power and an EV charger (conduits, routing and panel space — the device itself is charged separately), a richer lighting scheme and network infrastructure in every room — everything a modern property needs for the next 20 years.
Do you also renovate old installations?
Yes. Renovations are more demanding than new builds because they include removing the existing installation and construction work, which the calculator already accounts for with a higher per-square-metre price.
