What we do — and what we don't

To be clear from the start: we are an electrical contractor for buildings, not a small-repairs service.

We do

  • Electrical installations in new builds and renovations — buildings, villas, apartments, commercial premises
  • Switching to three-phase supply and increasing connected power (HEP, new metering cabinet)
  • New and replacement distribution boards — RCD, surge protection, single-line diagram
  • Testing, measurements and certificates — technical inspection, property sale, categorisation
  • EV and solar electrical preparation — routes, protection, board space, HEP documentation
  • Equipment installation and wiring — parking barriers, traffic lights, gate motors, outdoor lighting, intercoms, CCTV
  • Smart home (KNX), network infrastructure and security systems

We don't do

  • Emergency call-outs and on-call service
  • Small household repairs — a socket, a switch, a light fitting, a fuse
  • Servicing of household appliances, AC units and light fittings

For those jobs we recommend a local electrician. We take on planned works with a quote, execution and documentation.

What types of electrical installations do you perform?
We provide complete high and low voltage electrical installations for new builds, renovations, and commercial properties. This includes power distribution, lighting systems, network (VDI) infrastructure, and photovoltaic system preparation. We operate along the Adriatic coast from Zadar to Šibenik, including the hinterland.
Do you switch houses to three-phase supply and increase connected power?
Yes. We prepare the application to HEP-ODS, install the new metering cabinet, run the supply cable to the distribution board and issue the certificate required for connection. We coordinate the whole procedure with HEP — from the grid connection consent to the meter change and energisation.
What does electrical testing and certification include?
Testing includes insulation resistance measurement, protective earthing verification, RCD device testing, and functional testing of all circuits. Upon completion, we issue test reports (certificates) in accordance with Croatian technical regulations, required for an occupancy permit.
What area do you serve?
We operate along the Adriatic coast from Zadar to Šibenik, including locations like Vodice, Rogoznica, Primošten, and the surrounding hinterland. Contact us for projects outside this area too — we're happy to consider every inquiry.
How long does an electrical installation for a family house take?
For a standard family house (100–200 m²), a complete electrical installation takes 2–4 weeks, depending on project complexity and construction phase. We work in stages — rough installation, fine assembly, and final testing — to align with the construction schedule.
Do you handle emergency call-outs and small repairs?
No. We do medium-to-complex electrical works: building installations, grid connections and power upgrades, distribution boards, certification and equipment installation. We don't do small household repairs or emergency call-outs — for those we recommend a local electrician. We take on planned works from quote to handover with complete documentation.
Do you install photovoltaic systems and EV chargers?
We deliver the complete electrical preparation for photovoltaic (solar) systems and EV charging stations — cabling, protection devices, and reserved space in the distribution board. The panels and chargers themselves are installed by specialized partners, and our preparation ensures the installation is connection-ready without rework.
Do you issue certificates for technical inspection, property sale or apartment categorisation?
Yes. We carry out the measurements and issue the test report (certificate) for technical inspection and occupancy permit, property sale or rental, categorisation of apartments and hotels, and periodic inspections of commercial premises. If the installation fails, you receive a list of defects and a quote for remediation.
Do you install parking barriers, traffic lights, gate motors and outdoor lighting?
Yes. We deliver the cable routes, power supply, protection, wiring to the manufacturer's diagram and commissioning of equipment — parking barriers and bollards, parking traffic lights, sliding and swing gate motors, outdoor lighting, intercoms, CCTV, pumps and pool equipment. We don't service individual devices.
