Equipment Installation & Wiring

Cable routes, power supply, connection and commissioning of equipment — parking barriers and traffic lights, gate motors, outdoor lighting, intercoms, CCTV, pumps and pool equipment.

Equipment that needs power, control and a proper connection: from the parking barrier at the entrance of a complex to the pump in a pool plant room. We deliver the complete electrical side — routes, supply, protection, wiring to the manufacturer's diagram and commissioning — for private properties, apartment complexes, businesses and public spaces.

What we install and connect

  • Parking equipment — parking barriers and bollards, parking traffic lights, detection loops, vehicle access control, power for payment terminals
  • Gates and doors — sliding and swing gate motors, garage door drives, photocells, remote control, intercom integration
  • Outdoor lighting — car park, driveway, garden and façade lighting, poles, sensors, time and dusk control
  • Intercoms and video intercoms — multi-tenant systems for buildings and apartment complexes, IP intercoms with smartphone unlocking
  • CCTV and alarms — cameras, recorders, routes and power, access control integration
  • Pumps and pool equipment — supply and control for pumps, filtration, pool lighting, equipotential bonding
  • Air conditioning and heat pumps — supply for outdoor units, protection, cable routes (the unit itself is fitted by an authorised installer)
  • Machinery and hospitality equipment — connections for kitchen equipment, cold rooms, lifts, ventilation

Process

  1. Survey and diagram — site inspection, manufacturer documentation and existing installation
  2. Quote — bill of routes, cables, protection and connection
  3. Execution — cable routes and supply coordinated with the equipment supplier
  4. Commissioning — wiring to the diagram, testing, handover with documentation

What we don't do

We don't service or repair individual devices (household appliances, AC units, light fittings) — our service is the electrical installation and connection of equipment as part of a project or works on a building.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the equipment or only connect it?
Both are possible. Usually the investor or supplier provides the barrier, motor or cameras and we deliver the routes, power supply, wiring and commissioning. For outdoor lighting, intercoms and CCTV we can also supply the equipment.
Do you work for businesses and car-park operators?
Yes. Parking barriers, traffic lights, detection loops and car-park lighting are typical jobs for apartment complexes, hotels, shops and office buildings. We work to the manufacturer's diagram and hand over documentation.
Do you repair an existing barrier or motor that stopped working?
We don't service individual devices. If the fault is in the power supply or the installation up to the device, we handle it as part of works on the building; a fault in the device itself is for the manufacturer's authorised service.
