Distribution Boards

The distribution board is the heart of the installation. Old fuse boards without RCD protection and without a diagram are a safety risk and an obstacle to every upgrade — from air conditioning to an EV charger. We design, build and replace distribution boards for residential, apartment and commercial buildings.

What's included

• Replacing old fuse boards — removing the old board and installing a new consumer unit with the shortest possible interruption
• Protection — RCDs per circuit group, MCBs with the correct characteristic, surge protection (SPD), main switch
• Selectivity and layout — correctly sized circuits, balanced phase loading, spare capacity for future upgrades
• Labelling and documentation — every circuit labelled, single-line diagram in the board and in digital form
• Boards for buildings and commercial premises — main distribution boards, floor sub-boards, multi-meter cabinets, boards for mechanical services
• EV, solar and heat-pump readiness — reserved space, protection and room for future devices

Process

1. Survey — inspection of the existing board, loads and circuits
2. Proposal and quote — diagram of the new board, equipment specification, quote
3. Execution — board assembled in the workshop or on site, circuits reconnected, tested
4. Handover — single-line diagram, measurement report and certificate
