We quote against your bill of quantities or design — every item, quantity and unit price is visible. No lump sums hiding the difference. Every change on site is agreed and confirmed in writing before it is carried out, so the client and the supervising engineer always know why a figure moved.

A project you can follow

Every project gets its own online portal: progress by phase, photos of the installation before walls are closed, questions and approvals in one place. The client has access, and the architect or supervising engineer can get a view-only link. Instead of calling to ask how far along we are, open the portal.

Documentation that doesn't disappear

At handover we deliver measurement reports, test certificates and the as-built record of the installation — digitally, with photos of every cable route. It stays available in the portal for good: for final inspection, tourist categorisation, selling the property, or work ten years from now, when nobody remembers where each cable runs.

Reliability you can plan around

Our works are led by electrical engineers. Phase deadlines are agreed in writing and aligned with the site programme. When something in the design doesn't add up, we flag it before installation — not after.
